Important: Returns are only accepted for product quality issues. We do not accept returns for highly subjective reasons (e.g., personal preference changes).
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Item must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging.
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or special-order items.
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.
3. Return Process
- Contact our support team at contact@engineermachinery.com with your order details and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide return authorization if eligible.
- Return shipping details will be provided once approved.
4. Refunds
- Approved returns will be inspected upon arrival.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately with photos or videos of the issue so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
